CASE REVIEW

Existing patients can book a case review to go over the results of multiple labs (bloodwork, stool test, oats, etc.). This includes a 60-minute session where we will discuss the findings from the labs in detail and create a customized treatment plan that includes dietary and lifestyle changes along with supplements, and (3) 15-minute follow ups to keep you on track with your treatment plan and offer any additional support that is needed.
LAB REVIEW

Existing patients can book a single lab review to go over the results of a Comprehensive Bloodwork Panel. In this 60-minute session we will discuss the findings from the bloodwork and create a treatment plan with diet, lifestyle and supplment recommendations based on the data and health history.
Lab fees are not included in this price.
FOLLOW UP

Existing patients who have already completed their Initial Consult and Case Review can book a 60-minute follow up appointment to check in on where you are in your healing journey and make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan. This is a great way to keep you on track and offer any additional support that may be warranted.
